Happy meows all around! My cat was so excited she snatched the packet before I even opened it. I'm not crazy about the smell, but its not too overpowering and makes my Mr. Whiskers happy. Sometimes, he can be quite picky and this is a great as a stand along or mix in with his dry food to get him excited about eating. In my case, the packers are small enough I don't need to keep any opened extras in the fridge. These are the perfect little size. Overall, I am happy with them and more importantly, Mr. Whiskers loves them.

My cats seem to get bored with the same old food: I think I have found a winner and then they slowly lose interest, eventually turning up their noses altogether. I mixed a little of this Ultra Protein wet food with their usual stuff and it was like they could not get enough. I appreciate that unlike some other brands, the salmon recipe has actual meat ingredients and not byproducts. I've also never used cat food with this type of packaging before, and I liked the convenience and portioning. All in all, I can say that this was a hit among the very picker eaters in my house (at least the feline ones!).

I'm trying to think of something less-than-wonderful about this so you won't think I'm a fake review. Um, the container was a little harder to open than a small can. On the other hand, the container was easier to scrape clean than a small can. My cats were delighted. They ate this part of their meal first, every time. The day I ran out, they stared at me and walked away from breakfast without eating. They went back later, of course, but not until they had registered their protest. I am very happy to see them so happy.

This product is easy to use and doesn't have a strong odor as some other wet cat foods do. It is in a bit of broth and has a mixture of flaked and chunks of meat
