This shampoo lathers up nicely but also rinses out easily. It has a pleasant mild smell. Rolly seems less itchy after a bath with this shampoo.

I open up the Chewy box and saw that the dog shampoo was in a Ziploc bag. I noticed that it looked like a shampoo had been opened and then taped shut. The shampoo

I open up the Chewy box and saw that the dog shampoo was in a Ziploc bag. I noticed that it looked like a shampoo had been opened and then taped shut. The shampoo leaked all inside the Ziploc bag, lucky a shampoo was in that bag! What a very poor decision to send something like that. How is this going to be resolved?
