    Seems to be working

    By on

It's a little too early to tell if the KELP is keeping the plaque off of my dogs teeth, but it did improve their breath almost immediately. I have used KELP before and it does work to help with plaque. They do love it and eat it just fine. This is the best price and value on KELP that you will find and the fact that it's organic is that much better. IN addition, CHEWY is easy to do business with too. I received my package very quickly and all was well.

Great for shedding and skin conditions

    By on

Ordered this when I rescued my 1st demodex puppy. He's now nearly softer than the cats. Have all my dogs on it and can tell a huge difference when I run out and they don't have it for a few days. My big Am. bulldog used to shed worse than my old yella shepherd/lab mix. She doesn't shed anymore. Currently also using with 2 demodex pos fosters.

    Wow wow wow

It works amazingly well for shedding. Have 3 dogs. One sheds really really bad. It literally 15% of what it was before we started using it. Our German Pointer had pretty course fur. Now feels like she was just bathed. So soft, that goes for all three of them

Tried this product and got hooked

    By on

A friend of mine suggested this product when I asked about kelp supplements for my dogs. I started all my dogs on this product several months back. My dogs range in age from 14 years to 4 years. At the time I started using the product I started my 7 week old aussie pup on it. It's pretty amazing stuff. I feel like it really brought out shine and color in my dogs, particularly my red heeler and two red australian shepherds. The trace minerals and vitamins from a single source are a nice fit into my minimalist feeding regimen for the dogs. I tend to be skeptical of all the promises on dog supplements out there but this one delivers bottom line results. The price is great too.

    Pups like the flavor

I was mixing this kelp, a sprinkle of water and a little bit of boiled egg in with my puppies dry dog food. We ran out of eggs one time, and to my surprise, my dogs gobbled it right up sprinkled dry on their dry dog food. They loved it!

    Dogzymes Norwegian Kelp

This was a no go for my pup. I tried masking it in food . I'm guessing that he doesn't like the smell of it. I really had hoped he would have liked it.

    Trying it out

I've never heard of using this before so I thought I'd give it a try I'll post another review in a month or so to update with results. P.s. to the person with the Portuguese Water Dog you misread the instructions it clearly states on the label for dogs over 25 lb the maximum you should give them is 4 teaspoons daily which is a scoop and a quarter. you have to look really closely at the scoop but it holds anywhere from a quarter of a teaspoon to 3 teaspoons there are hash marks, also I might suggest since most normal people feed their dogs twice daily split it between feedings. that way they're absorbing more of the mineral in. Just absorbing what they need at that feeding and then peeing out I've never heard of using this before so I thought I'd give it a try I'll post another review in a month or so to update with results. Awesome product

    By on

I run a dog rescue and I am always seeking ways to quickly and efficiently improve their health. We feed a Human grade diet, never dry food and always add an oil (fish in evening, coconut in the morning), probiotics and Dogzymes Kelp. I have brought back dogs from near death with this diet. It helps cover any gap in nutrition and cover micronutrients not found in any foods anywhere.

    Could be great ......

Unfortunately my dog won’t eat it ! I thought this product would help with his shedding and put some weight on him but he won’t touch the stuff. He is a hairy underweight GSD.
