Switched to this from instinct rabbit as that product went downhill and my cat started vomiting on it. This seemed good and she had no issues but lately she hasn’t been as enthusiastic about it and in my last two shipments of 24 cans almost every can was dented. Chewy is replacing but in the meantime I need to feed my cat from a dented can. Some cans previously had a hole in the middle of the food. So I’m concerned about ongoing quality issues. Am looking for something different.

Open can at the moment of receiving

This is not the first time that I order something and the cans arrive open, what can we do about this matter?

My cat with a sensitive stomach has done very well on single ingredient, rabbit canned foods. His usual canned food were unavailable so I tried this one. It wasn’t until he started vomiting that I looked more closely at the label and realized that it also contains “liver“. I’m guessing it’s not rabbit liver.

cat would not eat it

My cat eats Royal Canin Rabbit canned - special protein - easier to digest. They have not been able to get it. I tried this and she would not eat it.

The food is very thick and does not have a lot of moisture

He likes it when I add some hot water to it and make a sort of Gravy.

Great food but...

I so wish my two rescues would eat this food but neither one are big fans. I tried mixing a small amount into their normal rabbit pate, but they were not interested

I so wish my two rescues would eat this food but neither one are big fans. I tried mixing a small amount into their normal rabbit pate, but they were not interested. It's a really good food based on the ingredients and while expensive, I've always believed in the saying "you get what you pay for". I'll be taking this to a local shelter but may try one more time to get them to accept it.
