I've had several cats with stomach issues. I've tried probiotics and different other diarrhea medication. This one seems to do the best , and the fact that it is a liquid I can easily put it in a syringe and get it in my cat or I have found some cats readily eat it in their food. The only downside is the dosage they want you to give them a teaspoon, which is quite a lot for a cat. But I divide it up into two doses and I haven't had a problem. I have had really good results with this product. I think if you're running out of options, you should give this a try.
