No, seriously. It arrived with 2 broken pieces. The box was in fine condition, so it wasn't a shipping issue, this is just a cheap piece of furniture. When I contacted the company, they said it would be 6-8 weeks before they could ship me replacement parts! Thankfully, I was able to return it to Chewy, so 10 stars to Chewy. Just buy an aquarium stand. You can find some this size for cheaper and can actually hold the weight of a large enclosure. Yeah, it might not match perfectly, but it's worth not having to deal with this company. How eco-friendly can you be when you're constantly having to send out replacement parts?

I ordered this stand along with the matching tank. Both products showed up with pieces cracked. Contacting the manufacturer support I was told that the specific replacement parts I needed would be out of stock for almost a month. They flat pack these so poorly that if anything gets put on top of them in shipping that parts will end up cracked due to the brittle material. Chewy was able to send another which also arrived with damaged parts so I could Frankenstein them together with the good parts from both packages.

New Age Reptile Stand

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted others to know about this stand. I wouldn’t say it was a complete waste of money but it was definitely poorly made and

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted others to know about this stand. I wouldn’t say it was a complete waste of money but it was definitely poorly made and let me tell you why, firstly the plastic was cut terribly and not even smoothed down. Second, all the parts came in one bag and weren’t labeled and plus we were missing a piece. Third, no drawers in cabinet, really?!? Come on now so there’s just a huge space in the middle, me and my husband are going to make a shelf. It will get the job done for now but the whole point of getting it with our new tank is that we wouldn’t have to upgrade again. Lastly it came broken, we had to use super glue on it.

Broken pieces

Item arrive with a few broken chunks on corners. However it was on the inside so it was not visible and I was able to glue them back on.

I purchased this cabinet to accommodate my New Age enclosure. It was delivered and left under a tree, in the rain, up from my home. After getting it to my house,

I purchased this cabinet to accommodate my New Age enclosure. It was delivered and left under a tree, in the rain, up from my home. After getting it to my house, I opened the box and found the item had scratches, and a white powdery substance on the panels. Wiped everything down and put it together. Doesn't take long and does look great with the matching tank.
