Making it ideal for training to be carried. The quality I ways if zipper, velcro latch placement, and rolled opening make it ideal for an escape, wiggly pup.

Perfect for long dachshunds
Exactly what I needed. My biggest concern when shopping for a dog sling was if it was long enough. My miniature dachshund is 17.5" long, weighing in at 13.5 lbs,
Exactly what I needed. My biggest concern when shopping for a dog sling was if it was long enough. My miniature dachshund is 17.5" long, weighing in at 13.5 lbs, and while there are a lot of dog carriers and slings that accommodate for his weight.. nearly all of them are too short for his body. This sling is the perfect size with a little room for him to move comfortably. My next concern was comfort while wearing the sling. I chose a sling instead of a shoulder bag to make it easier on my back and be more reliably hands-free. The wider strap makes carrying him very comfortable. I love the design and material. It's clearly made well. The packaging was lovely.

My small doodle got comfortable immediately in this bag, the medium brown color looks so elegant and the weight distribution is comfortable. The only down side of this is it's not designed for lefties. I assumed the bag was universal but it's designed to be warn on the right shoulder with wear the pockets are placed, not accessible if you place it on your left shoulder. As a lefty I don't often think of things like this being right hand dominant. But if you can adapt, it's a great option.
