An easy solution to an unpleasant problem

One of our cats was not going far enough into the litter box so her rear end was sticking out beyond the edge of the litter box and sometimes the urine would overshoot

One of our cats was not going far enough into the litter box so her rear end was sticking out beyond the edge of the litter box and sometimes the urine would overshoot and make a mess outside the box We had a mat to help catch it but it was still a mess to be cleaned up. With the step platform a seemingly insoluble problem was solved using the step platform somehow causes the cat to go far enough in that there is no urine overshoot In the rare event that there is overshoot (which so far has only happened once) the platform catches it and it's a easy cleanup with no mess This thing is areal lifesaver !

Serves it's purpose, not particularly robust

As advertised. I use this for my automatic litterbox. It's a little flimsy, it doesn't open easily. But otherwise it's fine. Serves its purpose.
