I was worried that he wasn't going to like them but he gets them for a "treat" - you will need to put them on a high shelf or in a cupboard because they were quite popular for sniffing and trying to eat the bottle. the "150-count" is just 2, 75-count bottles, that's cool, just don't get this expecting one giant bottle.

I had labs redone on my 7 pound rescue dog a few days ago at the vet before dental cleaning. Which led to us unexpectedly finding out he has HMD (Hepatic Microvascular Dysplasia). This is a lifelong genetic condition that affects his liver. His vet gave us Denamarin & We’ve now begun the switch to a lower fat & protein diet- still sticking to fresh & dehydrated w/ more plant based & easily digestible meats- rabbit & fish. He gets his labs redone in a few weeks. Hoping for the best

This chewable version is so much easier to use than the other type of pill (capsule). Buried in Braunschweiger it becomes a treat (it is bitter so needs something to disguise the taste according to the package - they suggest liver paste). Needs taken on an empty stomach - an hour before a meal or 2 hours after according to package.

Too big, do not recommend

These pills are marketed as chewables but for a picky dog who won’t take pills, they aren’t appetizing enough to be chewed. Very large, crumbly, no scent though

These pills are marketed as chewables but for a picky dog who won’t take pills, they aren’t appetizing enough to be chewed. Very large, crumbly, no scent though apparently they are liver- flavored. I’m better off with the regular pills and trying to mask it in a small amount of food for the amount of effort it takes to try to get these monsters down.

He would not ingest it.

I cut this in quarters for my small dog and he just sniffed at it. I tried adding it to his food and when he ate it he threw up

Subscrpt was supposedly being cancelled

I called a while back to cancel my subscription but it was overlooked. My dog refuses to take the meds. I know things get busy and this kind of thing happens.

My dog has taken a variety of medications, including steroids, for several years due to an autoimmune disease and has high liver numbers. My vet specialist suggested giving her Denamarin. She’s doing very well and the vet credits Denamarin as contributing to her health.

My dog's liver enzymes were high and taking this brought her numbers down dramatically. She didn't like the taste. So I crushed the pill and mixed it with a small amount of wet cat food. It's hard to give my dog pills because she smells the medication and refuses to take it regardless of what I put the pill in. I felt like I was running out of ways to give her meds. Wet cat food works great! I know the bottle says to give on an empty stomach, but it still brought her numbers down. And it was my vet who used the word "dramatically."
