What is the purpose of aspergillosis niger in your product? It reduces antioxidant defenses.

Through scientific research, it has been found that the use of a toothpaste containing enzymes (such as Aspergillus Niger) and proteins can boost the natural salivary defences by increasing the levels of lysozyme and hydrogen peroxide in vivo and hypothiocyanite in vitro and reduce the growth and viability of oral bacteria in microbiological models.

I follow the instructions about brushing but "do I rinse" his mouth or allow him to swallow the paste?

The dogs tolerated it. They weren’t so happy with the flavor that they let me use the toothbrush without a fight, so it’s average, however I’ll see how the enzymes

I've been brushing my collie Taylor's teeth with this toothpaste since I brought him home. That was 11-plus years ago. He doesn't mind brushing, I think enjoys the taste and the feeling, and it's not an unpleasant experience for him at all. I'd never switch. He has beautiful teeth and is a very happy, healthy dog. Just start brushing from the start, and use Nutri-Vet for life.

Would not purchase again

My dogs have never minded having their teeth brushed until I tried using this toothpaste. Now they fight me horribly. I think it is safe to say they do not like
