is this technically the same as the large breed puppy food? the ingredients are almost identical. We are feeding our lab this currently and have considered the large breed puppy, but dont want to force him through another food transition.

This puppy food differs from the Nutro large breed puppy food in that the large breed food contains extra glucosamine and chondroitin that large breeds need for their joints. The kibble is also slightly larger for a large breed puppy's larger mouth.

What is the difference between this and the small breed puppy food? I know the small breed has small kibble, i use the small breed currently, is this kibble alot bigger then the small breed version? thinking about getting this as I now have two pups to feed and the 5 lb bag wont Last long

It was easy to transition

We switched from Iams because Lacey didn’t like it much. She dove right into Nutro with no hesitation. She is doing well with it.
