The food that I was giving my pet was no longer available so I saw this Nutro and I did some research on it and I found that they used very top ingredients not a lot of garbage, real chickens real meat brown rice regular vegetables in other words if I was an animal I'd want to eat it so I figured well I got nothing to lose he won't eat all that expensive stuff I've been buying him at Blue Buffalo and stuff like that but he ate the Nutro and I have several different seafood and a chicken I've got this one here so to me it's money well worth it if your pet eats it and the food is that good.
I use this food as sort of a supplement. 2 of my 3 cats eat a wet/dry mixed diet and it seems to help prevent hairballs. There are a LOT of carbs though I highly recommend cutting it with a high protein food. I rotate between petcurean go!, American journey, and tiki dry foods.
I switched to this when my usual food was no longer available. I did it slowly and thankfully, none of my cats got tummy problems from the change. However, I noticed that some of my cats were not eating it at all, so I will be changing over to something closer to what they have liked in the past.
I bought a large bag, incorporated it with the current food. Neither of my cats would eat it. An expensive waste of money.
I bought a bag to try this out since I have cats that get hairballs, but refuse to eat hairball supplements. 8 cats seem to love it.
My cats have been eating this for years. Not sure if food changed or all 3 cats changed taste at the same time. They just won't eat the most recent bag I got
Great for long haired cats and no more furry vomits in the house.
My kitty loves this food and it’s the only dry food we have tried that she consistently finishes completely. Honestly it even smells good to me so I get it. The last bag we ordered I noticed she was sniffing it weirdly and not finishing half of her usual serving so I asked Chewy for help. They took my concern seriously and sent the replacement and asked for the lot number so they could remove the other potentially affected bags. Thank you for great customer service, I feel I can trust Chewy to keep my kitty safe.
All four of my cats love it, including the most picky eater
The best product I have ever found in my search to reduce hairball reaction in my 16y/o cat
