OneTigris FIRE WATCHER 2.0 No Pull Dog Harness, Navy Blue, X-Small: 15 to 22-in chest

I am writing this review in a state of pure frustration and disappointment. I purchased the OneTigris FIRE WATCHER 2.0 No Pull Dog Harness from Chewy.com just a few weeks ago, hoping for a reliable and durable piece of equipment for my dog. What I got was a piece of cheap, defective garbage that barely lasted three weeks before failing spectacularly. This wasn't a case of wear and tear, or my dog getting a hold of it and chewing it apart. She was under constant supervision while wearing it, and it was always taken off and stored safely when not in use. The failure was a clean, catastrophic break. One of the main shoulder straps simply tore straight through, a clear indication of a defective product and shockingly poor craftsmanship. There were no frayed edges or jagged marks that would indicate chewing; this was a clean break, a testament to the pathetic quality of the materials used. I am livid. A company that claims to produce "tactical" gear for dogs should be held to a higher standard. This harness, instead of providing security, could have led to a serious accident. I am incredibly thankful that this defective strap didn't break while we were near a busy street or during a tense moment, which could have put my dog in harm's way. The thought of that is terrifying, and it's a risk no pet owner should have to consider because of shoddy manufacturing. I am completely done with OneTigris. I will not be purchasing a replacement or any other product from this company. The fact that a product meant to provide safety and control failed so quickly and completely is an unforgivable offense. Furthermore, I am reconsidering my loyalty to Chewy.com. As a trusted retailer, they should vet the products they sell more carefully. The fact that they would endorse and sell this kind of low-quality, potentially dangerous product is a severe disappointment. Save your money, and more importantly, save your pet from this trash.
