I put fish oil in my cat’s food and sometimes it gets out of the bowl, but even if I try to wash it as soon as possible, it stains and will never come out. Other than that, it’s not terrible, but it does feel a bit flimsy, it’s a thin mat that’s just silicone. Not really worth $15, I would probably pay $9 at most for it.

Just to flimsy and not strong enough

They look good and have a nice lip edge to catch spills but they tear too easily. I used the small one to sit my furries water bowl. Just in a couple of months in it had a tear in it. Water could leak on my wood floors. I threw it away. No reason for them to tear. Nothing sharp or heavy has ever been been on it and it was rarely even moved except to wash it off. Anything for pets should be stronger than this.

just perfect

My cat eats wet food and she makes such a mess. I have carpets and when the wet food dries it's horrible to clean up. Now the mess stays on the mat and cleaning is a breeze!!!

For food only

Useful placemant for a food dish, but I wouldn't buy it to contain water spill. This placement is thin an flexibel. 2 of them work well for me to separte my 2 cats' food bowls

Great for little dogs

I bought this mat to protect my wood floors from spilled water. It works great for my little. There's plenty of space to place a small bowel and keep the floor dry. Unfortunately, it doesn't work so well if you have sloppy drinker like a Frenchie. Hair tends to get stuck on the mat if you have a shedding dog.

Has a weird smell.

Gets the job done, does have a weird smell akin to vinegar - it's kind of pungent.

Collects Dust, Never stays clean

This seems to be a dust/dirt magnet as the second I put it under his water bottle it gets dirty right away. Easy to clean and does its job of collecting any water that drips on it, but it's constantly getting gross.

Works great for catching any water spills. The edges are slightly raised which is nice.

Ordering Another

Love this mat so much that I ordered another one. Our dog eats off of it like a plate. Wipes clean. Rolls easily for storage.

don't buy

I bought this mat for under their water bowl because my cats were dragging their bowl around the floor & spilling water everywhere. The description says non-sliding, not true, is actually worse than the one I had before. Not expensive, but still a waste of your money.
