Are these okay for puppies to eat?

These freeze-dried treats can be given to puppies. Similarly to adult dogs, we recommend that treats do not make up more than 10% of a dog's total daily calorie intake. This helps to ensure they are getting all the nutrition they need, primarily from a complete and balanced diet.
Are these freeze dried raw or cooked?

Orijen's freeze-dried products are not considered raw. To ensure the safety of ORIJEN Freeze Dried foods and treats, a freeze-drying process is used in combination with a post-drying thermal treatment. During the freeze-drying process, the foods and treats are briefly raised to 90°C. This step ensures that the food is free of pathogens.
