I don't really understand how my rabbit is supposed to get a treat out of the drawer because is only opens a little bit. Are we supposed to undo the knot behind the framing?

Answer by ChewyApr 08, 2022
The sisal string is what your pet will use to pull the drawers open, we do not recommend removing it.

What kind of wood is it made out of?

Answer by ChewyApr 30, 2022
This toy is made with plywood, gugertree wood, sisal, non-toxic white glue, and food-safe colors.

Better for bigger small mammals

I thought this would be a great enrichment toy for my rat, but the string to pull the drawer open is really short, so he can't really get in there. It might work

I thought this would be a great enrichment toy for my rat, but the string to pull the drawer open is really short, so he can't really get in there. It might work better for a bigger small mammal because the drawer/toy itself is relatively large compared to my rat, so I would not recommend this for rat owners.

Insert wooden dowels-game changer

Our piggies were struggling with this until we took out the ropes and inserted wooden dowels into the holes where the rope was. Now they have something to grab onto

Our piggies were struggling with this until we took out the ropes and inserted wooden dowels into the holes where the rope was. Now they have something to grab onto and pull. They love opening their Pull n Seek and are always fighting to be the first pig to get to the treats inside.

The boxes only prop open about an inch. My rabbit can't get inside, making the boxes pretty much useless.

Jackson gives 4 stars

Our mini Rex Jackson figured this out immediately. I saw other reviews where people were unable to figure out what to do with the rope. You untie the back the tie

Our mini Rex Jackson figured this out immediately. I saw other reviews where people were unable to figure out what to do with the rope. You untie the back the tie it like shown here. Jackson absolutely loves it! He does get a little frustrated about getting I'd nose into the boxes but he figured out how to dump the box. I wish I could post video of him using this thing! Four stars because he has a hard time getting the treats from the box. It would help to make the boxes more shallow.

Not for rabbits

The boxes are too small. My poor bunnies noses didn't fit in them so they couldn't get the treats out. The drawers are tied to the box so I had to cut them off so
