Would a large fit a 6-pound rabbit?

This hideout is suitable for a variety of small pets. To determine if your pet may fit inside, we recommend comparing their measurements to the hideout dimensions. The Medium measures 9 x 10 x 8 inches and the Large measures 12 x 12 x 9 inches.
Does the hay have any flavoring on it? It is not safe for rats to eat hay, and normally they will know they are not supposed to eat it (unless there is flavoring on it and they mistake it for a treat).

The bungalow is all natural and does not contain chemicals, wire or thread.

Of all Oxbow's extensive product line, only Timothy Club products are produced outside of the United States, in Vietnam. Oxbow's decision to source these products internationally directly reflects their commitment to quality, nutrition, and pet health. The Timothy Club products are hand constructed using high quality, all-natural timothy hay, and contain no wire, string, or wicker components (thereby making them 100% edible and safe for all pets). The Timothy Club products are produced using a unique drying process which preserves the aroma and color of the hay, as well as a hand softening process. Because these processes are not feasible at our facilities, it is necessary to source the products where such technology and resources exist. As a further measure of quality control, the owner, John Miller, has personally visited the facility where the Timothy Club products are produced, as well as inspected the timothy fields from which the hay for the Timothy Club products are sourced. The hay used in these products is of exceptional quality and meets the Oxbow standard in every aspect. The Timothy Club products undergo the same extensive quality testing required of all of Oxbow's products.
