Concerned Pet Parent

Felicia loved the cans I could open,but 3/4 of order had to be disposed of due to packaging. Can lids could not be removed!! Also tried 3 different manual openers,

Felicia loved the cans I could open,but 3/4 of order had to be disposed of due to packaging. Can lids could not be removed!! Also tried 3 different manual openers, but still could not remove. Makes me question the quality of product if this kind of quality control failure.

So I just started getting this for my 18 year old cat who has missing teeth and is so dang finicky. I'm thrilled that she's eating all of the can which is such a relief. I agree with the other review person, it has a gelatinous texture to it. It's an unusual consistency but my Lucy loves it. I want to get weight back on her so I hope she continues to love it. Now lets talk about the cheap as heck packaging that literally fell apart in my hands as I was trying to set it up in a cabinet. I have one photo as the first shipment I didn't take a photo. I thought it was just a rough transport that made it fall apart coming out of the shipment box. They are using ultra thin chipboard packaging. I hope Chewy can share this information with the seller.

the consistency is really weird. like Jello and they can't get their teeth to control it.. but I am having to feed one with a spoon and this is perfect.. little
