These slanted food bowls have been excellent for our new kitten. The height is ideal for her size, promoting a more comfortable eating posture. We’ve been impressed by how easy they are to clean - they rinse well in the sink and are dishwasher safe, which is a huge convenience. The bowls have just the right amount of weight to stay stable during meals. Even with our rambunctious eater, we haven’t had any tips or spills. The teal color is beautiful with a smooth, glossy finish that looks great in our home. Overall, these bowls offer great value for the price. The quality feels durable, and we expect them to last a long time. Highly recommend for anyone with a kitten or small cat!

Terrible Seller

I’m not sure how I didn’t read the reviews first, but I ordered this thinking i’d be getting two CAT food bowls. First off, it said it delivered to the same state

I’m not sure how I didn’t read the reviews first, but I ordered this thinking i’d be getting two CAT food bowls. First off, it said it delivered to the same state it shipped from, and then a week later, the package is on my door step that doesn’t even contain what I ordered. Like the rest of these customers, I got a 2 pack of DOG food bowls instead that I have no use for. Not to mention, I contacted Chewy about not getting my order in and they ordered a replacement for me. Next morning, the tracking information shows that the replacement order “is undeliverable by carrier.” I contacted Chewy again and they made it right with a refund, but this is ridiculous. I don’t know if they will even see it, but I did contact the seller via their website, Park Life Designs.

Incorrect code?

There seems to be a problem with your system. I was SO excited to get these bowls as one of the bowls from last year had just cracked. But when my package arrived

There seems to be a problem with your system. I was SO excited to get these bowls as one of the bowls from last year had just cracked. But when my package arrived it was white dog bowls. So I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. Only when it arrived it was once again, white dog bowls. So I called a third time. This time with photos. Just so it was clear. And when the third box arrived I almost cried when I opened it and saw two more white dog bowls!!!! I give up! I really wanted and needed these bowls. But your system is obviously flawed.

Apparently I’m not the only one who ordered the cat heads bowls and received the dog bone bowls. Chewy told me I could give the bowls to my shelter and they would

Apparently I’m not the only one who ordered the cat heads bowls and received the dog bone bowls. Chewy told me I could give the bowls to my shelter and they would send a replacement. Donated them to my shelter and waited for the new ones to arrive. Unfortunately I got sent the same wrong dog bone bowls again. Chewy is now asking me to return these and has to send me a fedex label. I don’t mind sending them back, but wish I could just give them to my shelter again as there’s clearly an issue in the warehouse that’s their fault (see previous reviews with the exact same issue). I told them they could try to send me the correct bowls one more time but I’m not optimistic I’ll get them.

I'm a returning Chewy customer who is starting to have regrets for coming back. My very first order was delivered to the wrong address even though we both have 6 inch house numbers right by the door. Now, I've received this shipment and I got 4 of what I ordered and 2 dog bowls? I don't have dogs. There was no heads up that what I had ordered was out of stock. No option to change it if the substitutions was not wanted--it wasn't. It was just like "oh, this person wants these but we are out so...eh..close enough." I would accept lesser quality items if the customer relationships were better. Now I'm on the fence about keeping my auto ship or going somewhere else because my confidence in Chewy getting me the right things on time to the right place is very low. If you are reading this for a recommendation all I know to say is "Best of luck. Hope your experience is better."

I ordered two blue elevated cat bowls, but received two white dog bowls. Chewy sent a new one, and the same wrong product arrived. Im wondering if the listing picture

I ordered two blue elevated cat bowls, but received two white dog bowls. Chewy sent a new one, and the same wrong product arrived. Im wondering if the listing picture is for the wrong product or what, but I was pretty bummed. It is good quality, though, and it was shipped in thick bubble wrap which was nice.

The bowls do not hold water. These bowls are meant for food only. I must have missed this in the description. Will be sending them back to chewy for a refund.

Best design ever made.

My cats are able to eat their wet and dry food so much easier and are able to reach their food with much more ease. Thay are also digesting much better with less
