Faulty Design/Came Unbuckled

This is downright dangerous. My large dog has inadvertently unbuckled the tether from the seat belt mechanism 2x already just by placing a paw on it. I can try tucking

This is downright dangerous. My large dog has inadvertently unbuckled the tether from the seat belt mechanism 2x already just by placing a paw on it. I can try tucking the mechanism back into the seat but not sure I can trust it. There was nothing in the instructions about this possibility.

Danger - Doesn't Withstand Sudden Braking

I bought these seatbelts in a two pack. The first one I used became bent right away from the pressure of my 70 pound dog moving a bit in the back seat. Keep in

I bought these seatbelts in a two pack. The first one I used became bent right away from the pressure of my 70 pound dog moving a bit in the back seat. Keep in mind, he never tries to jump in the front seat. The bending occurred just from his simple readjustments to make himself comfortable in the back seat. I discarded the first belt, as it became too bent to fit into my seatbelt. I then started using the second one and had a situation where I needed to brake abruptly on the freeway. I'm sad to report that my dog ended up flying into my front seat. This was not an accident situation, but rather a need to abruptly brake from a high speed, and the belt completely dislodged from my car and my dog ended up in my center console. Had this been a full-blown accident situation, my dog would have suffered severe injuries. Because of this, I don't recommend this product at all. Neither of the belts I received safeguarded my dog in the way the product is supposed to.

The seatbelts that I purchased are awesome. My dog Bosco goes everywhere with me. He has fallen on the floor a couple of times. That was enough to look at purchasing

The seatbelts that I purchased are awesome. My dog Bosco goes everywhere with me. He has fallen on the floor a couple of times. That was enough to look at purchasing these seatbelts. What a difference it makes. I was using my arm to hold him. The seatbelt works great. Although I still use my arm just out of habit. Thanks Chewy.

I love how convenient it is to use. The only problem I have is my dog is a little smartie and has figured out if he steps on the snap it unbuckles. 99% of the time
