leaks cat pee

It was very cute, but my cat pees on the side of the box so the urine leaks out under the sliding litter tray.

Very dissatisfied

The step has a spot where everything catches instead of falling in the pan; horrible for cleaning. As well the perma lock plastic makes this impossible to clean

The step has a spot where everything catches instead of falling in the pan; horrible for cleaning. As well the perma lock plastic makes this impossible to clean the inside area. The scoop is also low quality same as the rest of the plastic. The smell catch was cool but every negative aspect over shadows. Not worth the price for hassle

We love the box for the aesthetics but our cat is not so into it. It might be too dark in there for cats to feel easy and she constantly pees on the sides. Have

We love the box for the aesthetics but our cat is not so into it. It might be too dark in there for cats to feel easy and she constantly pees on the sides. Have to hose it down outside to clean out the whole thing. We’ll be getting a stainless steel litter box instead

It's really cute, but the door gets stuck open everytime. Also they track litter everywhere. The tray in front collects alot so ways haveing to vaccum it.
