Our dog is very food motivated, and she is a smart girl. It was not hard for her to figure this treat dispensing toy out. She nosed it around the floor and also carried it to different rooms, stopping to eat the food that fell out. I like that you can adjust the dial to make the opening smaller so the food wouldn’t fall out as easily. It works well. I do think it’s probably awkward for her to carry in her mouth, and I’m worried it won’t withstand many drops on the hard floor without breaking. It’s made of a hard plastic. Overall though, it’s decent, and a good way to give your dog something to do and stimulate their brains.

My dog absolutely loves this puzzle toy, and I highly recommend it for enrichment. The best feature is how easily the difficulty can be changed, depending on the size of the treats or the challenge level I want to give my dog. It's incredibly versatile. My one wish is that it had some form of rubber bumper or coating to help with noise. It is quite loud when it hits furniture or is rolled across the floor, which can be disruptive.

I have 2 dogs and got mixed reviews on this dual sphere treat toy from each dog. My basset hound easily lost interest in this in spite of the promise of a food reward. My corgi however loved this adventure and mastered it quickly. Clearly a difference in personality types - but if your pet isn’t frustrated easily and loves working for his rewards - he will absolutely love this toy!
