Bought the large for my tall kitten. At first it seemed too big, then after his snip snip I was concerned he was still reaching his nuggets so put him back in the plastic vet cone. But then 4 days after the surgery he was bleeding again and seemed to still be aggravating his wound with the vet collar. Either one doesn't seem to do on itself for this very rambunctious kitten but the cushion under the plastic cone finally seems to be doing the trick!

It works well - I probably should have gotten the larger size. It was for a 15 lb dog to keep her from digging her eyes and ears and licking her back feet. She had no trouble eating, drinking or going potty. It was also comfortable for her to play, rest, and sleep in.
