Logo take us too much space

The brand logo is stitched on the collar before the personalized lettering, this takes up a couple of inches on the collar. When trying to make the collar smaller

The brand logo is stitched on the collar before the personalized lettering, this takes up a couple of inches on the collar. When trying to make the collar smaller it means that the personalized letters are covered, which defeats the purpose of the collar. It would be fine if you only put a short name on the collar, but with a name and phone number the 2 inches taken up by the brand logo, the phone number gets covered if you make the collar smaller.

It’s fine but I can’t adjust it small enough for my 8 lb dachshund without obscuring the name & number, so if he shakes his head hard enough it flies off. Going

In order to fit properly on his neck, half of his name is underneath the buckle and will be difficult for people to read. Kind of disappointed

Fell off and lost within days

Beautiful collar; however, it loosened and slipped off within days. We lost collar and tags. We have never lost a collar in this way. Six dogs... We use a Martingale
