Hoped it would work

It could be- because my flock is older in age and set in their ways, however they were terrified of them. I had them safely tucked in the nest boxes, yet the birds

It could be- because my flock is older in age and set in their ways, however they were terrified of them. I had them safely tucked in the nest boxes, yet the birds would not get close to enter the coop at sunset. We had to pull them out and wrangle the birds in. I am allowing them to "air out" because the plastic smell is strong. I might try again next spring.
