Petgear raised bed

I am very pleased with the quality of this raised bed. I have one that is 4 years old and it is still in good shape and we use it routinely for travel and for training

I am very pleased with the quality of this raised bed. I have one that is 4 years old and it is still in good shape and we use it routinely for travel and for training. I wanted one for my grand-dog so preferred hers in blue and was pleased with the color and the quality. And the ease of ordering from Chewy and the quick delivery too was most convenient.

Ripped in under 1 month

We've had this cot for 1 month. Came fully assembled. I had it covered with a blanket for the first few weeks since the dogs were weary of standing on the see-through

We've had this cot for 1 month. Came fully assembled. I had it covered with a blanket for the first few weeks since the dogs were weary of standing on the see-through mesh. I noticed yesterday that the mesh was ripping apart from the blue outer edge in multiple places. It was only held by 2 rows of thin thread stitching and was not reinforced at all for durability. I had to stop using the cot since the holes are large enough for my dog's paws to fall through.

This seemed like such a great idea, but...

My Vizsla, and they do love getting UP on things to lounge, is not taking to this cot at all. I have put a pad she is familiar with on top of it and put it in places

I have put a pad she is familiar with on top of it and put it in places where her usual bed is to get her used to it, but unless it's her only option in a place she wants to be she won't use this. I may return it. It was expensive and my girl just doesn't seem interested in it.

Our home can get very warm in the late afternoons/evenings so I wanted to give my dog the option to rest off of the ground & get that air circulation. I can’t explain

Our home can get very warm in the late afternoons/evenings so I wanted to give my dog the option to rest off of the ground & get that air circulation. I can’t explain how quickly it’s become his favorite spot. He has brought 3 Lambchops up to his new cot & will rest there most of the day. Bonus points when we open the door so the breeze enhances the raised bed benefits even more.

Loved that it folded for transport. However, with normal use (no chewing, etc.), seams gave out in two weeks.

Arrived bent

Clearly a manufacturer defect since the box wasn’t damaged like that. Since the frame is bent it is wobbly. Won’t be using it. Not good since I need it now.

easily portable, & so far, durable. took my rescue pup on a long road trip with lots of new experiences, and brought this with us - easy to fold & pack. he learned

easily portable, & so far, durable. took my rescue pup on a long road trip with lots of new experiences, and brought this with us - easy to fold & pack. he learned quickly his "place" was his safe space where he could relax in new places (with properly guided education). pup is 30lbs for reference and fits the 30" size bed perfectly.
