Unfortunately a no for us

We’re currently wrestling a ringworm infection, and my cat is miserable right now. I was hoping this could provide some relief while the medication from the vet does it’s job and heals the infection. I tested it on one spot on his back for a couple days, and unfortunately it caused a rash. So, not for us. It did smell nice, which is great since he currently smells like stinky feet and rotten eggs, but I’m wondering if the fragrance might be what caused the rash.
