It’s a bit funny looking (like duct tape), but it’s very easy to put on, it stays, and it works! You just slide it under their belly and overlap the ends over their back. It’s like Velcro built into it, no straps to undo. My daughter’s 9 month old puppy (20lbs wearing a size small) tried to get it off but gave up after a couple minutes and kept it on for over an hour (until he peed). It looked a little too narrow but when our puppy went in it, it held every drop. He got some pee on him but nothing like I expected. I’d recommend it, it’s very easy and held a lot of pee. It does its job!

What an excellent product! These are very thin and flexible. Don’t let how thin they are fool you. My 10 pound miniature poodle wore the small size comfortably. Actually the closing adjustments are so secure and variable that a much bigger bellied pup could have worn these. The outside cover has a soft almost invisible webbing similar to Velcro. Much softer and thinner. The other side of the wrap has a very soft non-sticky tape that clings to the webbing. When it is wrapped around the pup it is very secure yet soft and flexible. Can it hold liquid ? Absolutely ! I tested it by pouring 1/2 cup of water on the pad side. The pad is between two gathered separate barriers. Both barriers cup to prevent leakage. The 1/2 cup of water was immediately absorbed and within moments the interior became dry to the touch. Not a drop leaked out. I highly recommend these. They are much less bulky than cloth and do the job wonderfully!

I ended up using these on a foster dog who had incontinence and would urinate in his sleep. They worked well with keeping the urine contained, however the security

He was able to either pull it off or it just wouldn’t stay attached and I would constantly find them on the ground
