I have been concerned about the state of my 4 year old terrier’s teeth and brushing was just not cutting it. Not wanting to do a whole vet dental cleaning, I decided to try this first. I am so glad I did!!!! This tool is small but mighty and while I had my reservations, I cannot tell you how satisfying it was to see that hard plaque come off. While she did not love the process of the removal, she did let me do it while she sat in my lap. I recommend doing it where your dog is comfortable, and she had a sweater on which typically keeps her calm. I have included before and after pics so you can experience the magic too! I guess I’m a dentist now?!

I’m really impressed with the PawsPik Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaner Dog Dental Kit! It feels very well made, and the instructions are super clear and easy to follow. I’ve never used anything like this before, but after reading through everything, I felt confident giving it a try. My dog is almost 11 and a bit sensitive to vibrations, so I’m taking it slow with him. If I had started when he was younger, I think he would’ve gotten used to it more easily. Brushing my dog’s teeth regularly is something I always mean to do, but it’s easy to forget and honestly, most of the other dental products I’ve tried haven’t seemed that effective. I love that this gives me another way to help with his dental care at home since vet cleanings can be pricey and often require anesthesia. Excited to keep using it and see how it helps his teeth!

The PawsPik is an Incredible tool for stubborn plaque! My pomeranian had some very bad plaque on her teeth and even on soft mode this tool took it off easily. The LED light on the end is a terrific addition. It really helps you see what you're working on. The instructions are straight forward and it doesn't require any force to get the plaque off. The ultrasonic vibrations do all the work. It won't sound like it's on but if you hold the tip against the metal back of the mirror you'll hear it is on. This PawsPik is going to save me a lot of money and stress. My vet is going to love my dogs' mouths now!

I was very skeptical, but this thing works! I had a handful of small training treats handy and started off slow to get my GSP/Blue Heeler used to the PawsPik being near/on her face. Then turned it on and started giving treats for when contact on tooth was made. Took about 20 min to get one large tooth in the front done, but it’s progress! Will do more tomorrow and supplement with her normal dinner and feed kibble one by one. Time consuming because of her wiggles, but worth it!

It saved us hundreds of dollars!

This is AMAZING! Koko, our 2-yr old Border Collie had severe plaque. We were quoted at least $600 by different vets and we just don’t have that budget at the moment

This is AMAZING! Koko, our 2-yr old Border Collie had severe plaque. We were quoted at least $600 by different vets and we just don’t have that budget at the moment. So we ordered this toothbrush and it worked! Koko is very skiddish from strange sounds like sneezes and vacuums. We thought this toothbrush will scare him. Although it did, it was more manageable than we thought. My husband and I worked together to hold him still and did our best to handle his teeth lightly. His teeth are now clean and free of visible plaque! How I wish I took a before picture, but just imagine hard plaque with dark spots especially on the upper leftmost tooth.

It does make a really high pitched noise, it's quiet, but can be heard. Takes a couple sessions for your dog to get used to this new adventure but I say it's definitely worth a try!

This is a great little tool with practice. Doesn’t take the need away from veterinary dentals. With anything like this I test it out on myself first. I was confused to why the light was on but there was no movement or sound the instructions tell you it’s not until you put it up against the tooth. Which was accurate. Used it on my tooth first to feel it and find out what was what. Then took it to the dogs. So far one was okay with it but a little off in the beginning. I didn’t touch the gum line as I didn’t want to push any tarter up into the gum line.

This product comes neatly packaged, sealed well, and with all the needed equipment for use including a dental mirror to see in the pet’s mouth while cleaning, a charger, a cleaning piece/tool and a replacement for that piece as well. The tool works WONDERS! Unfortunately, I didn’t take a before picture, but it cleaned tartar off my poodles’ teeth with zero effort. (His gums have black freckles, that’s not dirt or anything). He tolerated it well and didn’t have any bleeding or discomfort. It was SO fast at removing the tartar/plaque and worked literally well enough to avoid a sedation dentistry visit at the vet! However, my labradoodle was absolutely terrified of the noise and shook and freaked out so bad we couldn’t go near him with it. It sounds like one of the high pitched ultrasonic cleaner sound like at the human dentist and it really was intolerable for him so we couldn’t clean his teeth. So, when you are able to use it, it works AMAZING 5/5 stars- but, the noise may be off putting to some more skittish/sensitive pups which is why I took a star off overall.

Very quiet

This is really cool and works well for our dog who has gotten use to us brushing her teeth every other day. For our other dog where we weren’t as on top of the teeth

This is really cool and works well for our dog who has gotten use to us brushing her teeth every other day. For our other dog where we weren’t as on top of the teeth brushing it’s harder to use due to the wiggles. We’re going to try and incorporate this to get them to better dental health. It is super quiet which is really helpful for the wiggly dog so he doesn’t get scared.
