I love it, my picky dog doesnt
This blanket is awesome and actually works. With that being said, my dog dislikes it 😆. Our adopted pitty has a weak bladder and sometimes leaks when he sleeps, so we got this to put over the couch, on his bed, etc. He.... tolerates it. He would much rather steal all the other soft blankets around the house though lol. Maybe it's the sound or make because of the liner? Either way we've turned it into the car blanket when he goes for rides.
Saved my Furniture
My dogs love them and it has saved me from stripping my furniture to wash the couch cushions. My dogs don’t chew on them and they know it is their spot. Just wish they came in a larger size. Literally logged back on to chewy to potentially buy more. #1 defense against The Urinator (nickname for my dog)
Waterproof dog blanket
Bought this blanket to put in my dogs new dog car seat. Bought both from chewy. Loved the price for the waterproof blanket and its very soft and reversible. Wanted this blanket for wet paws after going out in the car for fall walks
Pawtect blanket
Our Satee loves the blanket and we live the added protections. Satee is a rescue dog and she leaked once in a while even when sitting on our lap. The blanket helped us through the training process.
Not Durable
Our Golden Retriever was able to rip a hole in this ‘unrippable’ blanket within days. I do not recommend spending the money if your dog likes to chew. Disappointing purchase.
Not for chewers
We were looking for a blanket that would stand up to our puppy that likes to eat everything. The actual description says “Features a durable edge to help prevent fraying and discourage chewing.” We have only had the blanket a week and he has already eaten a corner off of the blanket.
Comfy
Our pups love their new blankets. And they are chew proof so far :)
it’s better than I expected
The blanket is really nice and comfortable plus resistant fabric for the play time
Not working for my cat
My cat often pees on my couch when I travel so I bought two large sized blankets for protection. Unfortunately, the blankets don’t seem to do as advertised at all. The urine (even just one incident) still soaks through. The blanket transforms the urine smell into something I can only describe as dirty feet. For two recent travel events, I continued to put extra covers underneath these blankets to make sure they worked and both times the urine soaked right through to the next layer. Does not prevent me from having to strip and wash my couch cushions every time I travel like I hoped they would.
I got it for the backseat of my car for the winter months. My Chihuahua loves it!
