Difficult fasteners

Coat is warm, cute but difficult to fasten. Metal T clips pushed through a metal loop are difficult for me with a small dog as they clip under the belly. Chewy did

Coat is warm, cute but difficult to fasten. Metal T clips pushed through a metal loop are difficult for me with a small dog as they clip under the belly. Chewy did however refund my $ and requested I donat the coat to a local shelter which I did. I find that most admirable.
