This toy is infused with real bacon flavoring to stimulate the senses of your pup and the texture of this toy makes for enjoyable chewing. Pet Qwerks Dinosaur BarkBone Bacon Chew Dog Toy is non-toxic, non-allergenic and safe for your sidekick. It is not indestructible nor designed to be ingested. Supervise your pet when using since small parts can present a choking hazard or internal blockage. Discontinue use if the toy is damaged.

This bone is made of nylon. Is this safe for a dog if it gets ingested?

Dinosaur BarkBones are hefty in size. Don't be surprised if your dog creates granules of nylon while chewing. These little rice size bits are usually not swallowed, but if they are, they'll pass without a problem. For a satisfying chew experience, your dog should be able to do some damage to the chew. The texture should be scratchable, not glass-hard. While these are extremely durable, all dogs chew and play with their toys differently. Always supervise your dog when new toys or chews are introduced. If your dog happens to break pieces off, immediately remove the chew from being chewed on.

These far exceeded my expectations! I have a super chewer. I’ve never had a dog of this magnitude. He rips thru Kongs like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We had a Kong tough toy, for over 10 years. No dog could get through it. Brought this boy home. It was toast. Didn’t stand a chance. I have had these bones for a few months now. He has a few to choose from. He loves them. He definitely gets his chews in and it tires him out. They are tough, durable and keep him busy. His new sister loves them just as much.
