I am pleasantly surprised at how well this conditioner works. I have a rough collie with very fine hair behind his ears that mats if you look at it wrong. This conditioner makes the difference between being able to brush them out rather than cutting it. The scent is a bit strong but necessarily a bad smell.

PERFECT for long haired pets

I have a semi-wooly Siberian Husky, and two long haired cats (plus one short). So I'm more than used to shedding and frequent brushing sessions, but I noticed more

I have a semi-wooly Siberian Husky, and two long haired cats (plus one short). So I'm more than used to shedding and frequent brushing sessions, but I noticed more dry skin, tangled hair, and shedding than usual this summer. I bought this leave in conditioner to help, and it has exceeded my expectations! It smells amazing and my pets don't seem to mind it. After spraying and then brushing, less hair is already coming out, and their coats are insanely soft. Any tangles or beginnings of matted hair came out with easy brushing. I've used leave in conditioners in the past that ended up weighing down my pets hair, but this is so lightweight that after brushing it through their coats, their fur looks significantly fluffier, feels light, and is insanely soft. Considering how effective it is, I'm also amazed that it doesn't feel greasy or slimy on my hands at all. I'll be using this exclusively moving forward!

Remembered similar product from long ago

About 25 years ago we showed Ragdolls, one of which achieved Supreme Grand Champion. Since you have to bathe a cat before each show, their coat can get stressed

About 25 years ago we showed Ragdolls, one of which achieved Supreme Grand Champion. Since you have to bathe a cat before each show, their coat can get stressed. A vendor at the show was selling Silk leave-in conditioner. One judge in particular kept petting and sniffing our boy; she was so impressed with his coat. The product has changed, but still helps restore a dry coat and does not cause any gut problems from licking. Our current Ragdoll (LOVE the breed, had a series of them since 1991) has a challenged coat from the meds he's on and was looking very Un-Ragdoll. It's under control now and smells very subtly sweet.

Works great on my long-haired Maine Coon

Love the smell

Smells amazing! Doesn’t feel sticky or heavy no matter how much I put on. The nozzle isn’t the best spray though.
