This leave-in conditioner has far too strong a fragrance for use on pets, even after I tried to water it down. Although the scent wasn’t terrible (kind of an artificial fruity floral scent reminiscent of tropical bubblegum), it was VERY intensely fragranced, and unfortunately my dog absolutely hated it! Since I wasn’t able to use much of it, I can’t speak to how well it conditioned or prevented tangles.
This has a pleasant fragrance and makes my cat’s hair very soft. It has helped detangle matted hair.
I purchased this product to combat my cat's dandruff. You spray it into the fur and leave it. I have found it helps the dandruff slightly. However, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling on the fur after it dries, which has not gone away after a week or more. The dandruff came back, so I sprayed more of the product on my cat, which seems to add to the sticky fur problem.
This smells amazing! We live in a house with a wood stove that can really dry out my pups skin so this is a life saver for him and i can’t complain that it also makes him smell so handsome!
