Horrible service and delivery

I ordered the product and put all my information in then received an email saying they would not be shipping the it till I re-entered all of my information. I thought

I ordered the product and put all my information in then received an email saying they would not be shipping the it till I re-entered all of my information. I thought it was a little sketchy but I did it. Then I received another email saying they had to send it to higher management and that would take 1-2 business days to confirm. I then waited 3 days to finally get an email that they were going to ship it. I finally get it today in a big box with no packaging and the bottle doesn't even have a cap on it, it's not anywhere in the box, they just sent me a broken product. Terrible service and delivery, I'll never order from chewy again.

Glad I tried this aroma after learning about it from MY FAVORITE GROOMER on YOU TUBE. It is great that Chewy carries this product line and their service is so very convenient and dependable even in these troubled times. Thanks Chewy
