The product came quickly. It was in very good condition and lids taped to prevent accidental opening. The products have been used x1. However both had pleasant scent

The shampoo lathered well, conditioner was creamy. Our pup did not appear to mind select or react to it negatively. She smelled clean which lasted for several days.
