Instructions
Thoroughly rinse out filter with running water before inserting in to the fountain. Although completely harmless, doing this will cleanse the filter of any charcoal dust that may have become loose.
Insert the filter in to your pet fountain. The flow of water should enter through the polyester side and out of the charcoal side which is dark in color. Filter positions will vary by the model of the fountain. The user guide included with your fountain will give specific instructions depending on the model of your fountain.
It is recommended the filter be replaced every 2 to 4 week and more frequently if multiple pets are using the fountain.

Costs less!
These work as well as the name brand filters but cost less. The only difference is that they are not individually packaged in a ziploc bag. Who cares about that?

Charcoal filter replacements for Drinkwell water fountains
I purchased these filters for my Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain and they are exactly the same as the one that came with the fountain. Make sure you run water through it before installing into the fountain to rinse out any charcoal dust.

Great Filters My Furry Family Likes to get his food stuck to his nose then paritcles of food get in fountain so I need to change filters and clean once a week. These Filters Contain CHARCOAL so common sense would dictate running under cold water count to 10 shake for 5 or 6 seconds run under water repeat on both ends until you dont see BLACK particles in your sink under the running water Always Great Service from Chewy

360 fountain filters
Seems Like these filters are not the way they used to be, does anyone have any issues after rinsing them in Coldwater for quite a while which is what I do. Then I connected to my 360 fountain and I’ve got billion black particles come floating out in my nice clean fountain. Has anyone noticed a change with their filters, I am just curious I love the whole fountain but I feel like the filters are getting a bit flimsy. Thank you for any feedback you can give me.
