How can I keep this feeder stand from sliding around?Gunther
Answer by ChewyOct 28, 2017
The legs of this pet feeder snap into place and have rubber feet to keep the feeding station from sliding.

What material is the entire stand and does it come with bowls?
Answer by ChewyNov 19, 2017
The stand is made out of durable plastic and comes with two removable stainless steel bowls that are dishwasher safe and hold up to 7 cups of food each.

Where are the bowls made?
Answer by ChewySep 24, 2018
This feeder is made in the United States.

Is that bowl size of 7 1/2” from the outer rim? Or the width of the inner bowl?
Answer by ChewyOct 07, 2019
The measurement for the bowls are the approximate size of the inside of the bowls. The outer dimensions of the bowls are approximately 8.5 inches in diameter by 3 inches in depth.

Not for my cats

The product arrived quickly and in good condition. It's very easy to assemble and adjust the height. I purchased this for my cats, as I will be having knee replacement surgery, and wanted something that was raised, making it easier for me to reach the bowls, clean, etc. While the cats did acclimate to it, they got on top several times, tipping over the water. Unfortunately I didn't catch it right away, so the water sat on my floor, seeping between the boards and starting to affect the glue. The bowls are huge. I won't be using it, but think it is a good product.

Sturdy; chintzy bowls

I actually really like the feeder. It is sturdy and mine doesn’t wobble like others who’ve reviewed. However, I like bowls that don’t bend when i wash them out and these bowls definitely do. I will be replacing them soon if i can find good replacements. It is a good feeder aside from the bowls! Dog loved it!

Like the look but they're too wobbly

Bought two of these one for each dog. We put the first one together with the legs on the long sides for the smaller dog and it appeared unsteady. The other one we put the legs on the short sides to the tallest position and it was still wobbly. I decide to give them a whirl and they are just too wobbly for us. We have a cat that likes to stand on them to drink out of and I got tired of cleaning up after him.

Dog elevated 'table' with bowls

This table works perfectly for my Newfoundland. She doesn't need to bend so much to reach her dinner! The bowls are good quality as well. I am very pleased with this purchase. AND It can be converted to accommodate smaller dogs!

It's a great idea!

It's a great idea and our puppy is a little scared of it but he is using it! I think it just means he needs a little time to get used to it and positive reinforcement while using it. I love the adjustability of it and it's very easy to take apart and store away too! Great for camping or road trips too!

Very good bowl for large breads

Perfect grow as they grow bowl. We have a large breed puppy that seems to get bigger everyday - his bowl needed to adjust with him for comfort and digestion. They bowl fits the bill - perfect for us.

Very Flimsy

first off Customer Service I don't want my money back. I'm making do until I can find something that works for my situation. I sincerely hope that you will offer something metal that is taller and fits my needs. One reason I use Chewy is they stand behind their products and will send a refund even when it's unwanted and not asked for. The bowl holder is all plastic. That would have been fine however it doesn't hold up for very long. I solved the flimsy problem with duct tape. The bowls don't hold enough food and isn't tall enough to keep the puppies out of my big dogs food. This just didn't meet my expectations. That being said if you have a medium sized dog and just want a feeder for them it would work. My big dogs are 104 and 94 lbs and it just didn't work.

Elevated Dog bowl

I was a little disappointed thought it would be a little more sturdy I wouldn't recommend it for a rowdy dog

Perfect Size

We have a Rott/GSD mix and this is the perfect height for him in the tallest position to comfortably eat. Love the dishwasher safe bowls.

Almost Perfect w/One Major Flaw

Feeder is well designed and constructed along with bowls. However, when legs installed to maximum height position, our Doberman, Neo, knocked whole feeder over on first use! Added repurposed black flat bar pieces from old bed frame that I drilled and pop riveted to base of legs to provide needed stability. We also place feeder on a carpet mat to prevent sliding on tile floor. I modified it to go against brick counter wall in kitchen. If free standing, one would need to install longer flatbars, extending out both sides of feeder to prevent tipovers. Another alternative would be to screw feeder to a base board, but this would get soiled from food/water and not easy to clean. We only serve food to Neo from this feeder, as he has a 3-gal water dispenser close by. I can only recommend this feeder if you intend to use it in medium or low mode, or with a not-so-rough puppy like our Neo! This product could be easily improved with plastic snap-on spreader feet for the tall mode use. What would be even better if mfg. could make these feet and send out to all previous purchasers of this product, that use it in the tall mode!
