I would buy again

I spent a few days trying to find a backpack for my kitten that had the best quality for a reasonable price. I’m very happy with my purchase, it is sturdy and I have used it for taking my kitten on hikes and to the vet. It’s a good size but my only complaint is that I fear my kitten is going to get too large for it. I think it works best for a smaller cat.

Nice and sturdy

This back carrier is a good size and sturdy construction. It's still new to me so I can't say how long it will last yet. I do appreciate that PetAmi has so many color options. That is one reason I was swayed to buy one from them. I also appreciate the water cup. My dog does currently fit inside this, although if he grows much more, he will outgrow it. He is about 13 pounds now and can still move around inside easily.

Cute, but a bit snug

I have a 10lb calico shorthair and I think this bag is a little small for her. She can sit in it and lay in it, but there isn't really room for her to move around and she doesn't like being confined. It's probably better for a smaller cat, maybe a good transition bag for kittens. It's a nice color and feels very sturdy.

Ticket to ride

My owner and I agree your cat backpack is cats meow as it helps get me fresh air and an opportunity to spend more time with my owner. We'd give it a 5 star, but unfortunately we've had to modify the pack a bit because there is no padding where the platform board hits one's back. It hurts, especially with a 13 pound cat, like me. We'd recommend looking into changes by adding padding at the base. Love the pockets, the folding food/water dish, and the front and side doors zippping securely. Thanks for any changes you can make for future.

Amazing quality

I had the cat bubble backpack carrier for my ferret before this. This one is a much higher quality and so many more compartment space for snacks and treats. Also the collapsible bowl it comes with is great.

Great for bus trips to the dog park!

I'm on a month-long visit to a city where I have to take this bus, and the public transit system insists on "caged" animals, so my usual carry sling wasn't good enough. This was great for taking my 10 pound dog on bus trips, and the pockets were great for tossing in my wallet and a few accessories in order to travel light to the dog park. She seems comfortable in the carrier, and the backpack straps make it easy to bring along. I've only worn it backpack style with her in it once or twice, but the weight distribution was fine, maybe just a bit awkward. However, I usually walk her with the pack on my back, and then put her in and carry by the top handle when it is time to board the bus. It fits nicely on my lap.
