It comes vacuum sealed, which I understand helps with shipping, but I think this is what caused the filling to end up lumping together. Once it “inflated” it was still lumpy, washed it, still uneven. I also ordered small and it’s larger than the dimensions said. Still 3 stars though, cause my cat has still snuggled in and enjoys it. I have had no shedding issues so far, as mentioned in a another review. Very soft and went through the wash fine.

My dog likes the bed

The item arrives vacuum sealed flat and mostly goes back to regular size after you open it up. It doesn’t look like the pictures though, not as fluffy and the fibres

The item arrives vacuum sealed flat and mostly goes back to regular size after you open it up. It doesn’t look like the pictures though, not as fluffy and the fibres are more matted. You could probably brush it to improve this look but I’ve not tried it yet. Most importantly the puppy likes the bed and doesn’t try and destroy it all the time, although he does try and get underneath it and bite at the underside, he hasn’t damaged it yet.

Not the same quality

I ordered this bed replacing the same bed I bought when I got my pup(about a year ago.) The quality is not the same. It is completely soft and under stuffed. My

I ordered this bed replacing the same bed I bought when I got my pup(about a year ago.) The quality is not the same. It is completely soft and under stuffed. My pup is not supported inside this bed, the sides pretty much flatten quite easily. The color I ordered was taupe, the bed sent to me is gray. With that said, I do not recommend this product. The remainder of my order received was satisfactory.
