Thought they worked until tick season came

I thought these worked fine, my dogs have been on them for about 6 months. Then May came to Oklahoma and i have been finding too many ticks on my dogs, you'd think they weren't on any repellent at all. 1 Star cause my fur babies like them. Otherwise, I don't recommend this product

Disappointed

To be fair, I had only given them to my dog for a few days when my granddog came over and we spotted fleas on him. Sure enough, in just a couple of days my girl started scratching. I let it go a couple of days hoping the chews would catch up and go into effect but I finally couldn’t stand how miserable my poor dog was and folded. I got some Nexgard, gave her a bath and she has relief now. I wil. Continue giving her the supplements in the hope that they work over time.

Flavorful

Our dogs loved the flavor but unfortunately, this product did NOT work. We have two black labs and they both had no problem taking this product but for fleas, this product had no effect on them. We had to go back to the solution behind the head. The solution works so much better.

Don’t let it’s rating fool you…these are great!

These are a fantastic natural alternative to chemical flea treatments!! I am baffled reading all of these negative comments from people not using this product correctly or expecting a miracle overnight fix for their pet’s fleas. This is a supplement just like anything else and it takes about a month of giving this to your dog every single day for your them to have the ingredients completely in their system. This product simply changes how your dog’s skin tastes to the fleas so it doesn’t kill them…it deters them from choosing your dog’s fur as a place to live and regenerate. This ultimately works better in the long run compared to chemical treatments because you don’t have to keep reapplying them every three months. To address the controversial ingredients: every dog is different and you know your dog more than anyone (me) can tell you….but I have a 1 y/o dutch shephard mix larger breed dog and from my experience he hasn’t had even the slightest negative reaction to it. The amount of onion/garlic in these is not even close to a dangerous or harmful amount. Any natural ingredient will be less toxic to them than the chemical alternative. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is the price. One bottle at nearly $30 will last one month for an 80 lb dog. at about $90 for three months this is pretty much even with the chemical treatments.

This product did not work.

Gizmo, did not enjoy it because it was not chicken flavor he loves anything with chicken. But it is okay since he is back on Advantage. Thanks for letting him try it. I gave the rest to my Neighbor She has a dog that loves these kind of things. Thanks again.

what a waste

I bought these as I have 3 little dogs and hoped this would help. well the 1st dose was fine. After that I cannot get any of them to take it. Now my dogs are not picky they love treats of any kind. But they won't even try to take it at all. So if 3 dogs are not at all interested in these, well that must say for something.

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I have been buying and giving this to my lab for months now only to discover 3 HUGE ticks that I ended up picking off of him with tweezers. This "flea and tick preventative" does NOT work, save your money! Makes for an expensive dog treat but that's about it! If I could give a negative star rating I would!

Try it to believe it

Seresto collars don't seem to do the trick for our long haired shepherd Zeus. Thought we'd give these a try as we live in central PA where ticks are Common. Before starting these our normal walks in a Little brush turned up ticks on him multiple days in a row. Started giving him 1-2 treats a day. No more ticks, after awhile of good results even back in the woods and no ticks we took a day with no treats, walked same area as always with just a little brush...2 ticks! Coincidence that they showed up the day we didn't do treats? Treats every day since and no ticks! Bonus for Zeus is we put them in a treat puzzle so he has fun taking his vitamins. :)

natural flea treatment

First time trying it and it seems to be helping plus I gave my dog a medicated bath. she was starting to chew the rear end before all this and I also use a liquid flea treatment monthly.

Doesn't work

We have been giving our dog this for two months an just today pulled 5 ticks off of her! Doesnt work! Waste of my money unfortunately. Was hopeful for something all natural so I didn't need to use the normal chemical treatments!
