I’m two weeks in and this thing is awesome. VERY quiet, and the design balances having all the bells and whistles that you’d want with the price point but is incredibly simple to use at the same time. The app is not annoying to use and is very sleek and easy to navigate. It is great for reminding you when to clean it or when to replace the filter or changing the flow setting. The bowl rests on a dock that is rechargeable and can be placed anywhere. Something to note, the fountain can only have a constant stream when constantly being plugged in. I do the “far trigger” for 90 seconds placed in a high traffic zone so it flows often enough.

This is a mostly quiet fountain (very faint water sound when it’s on) and our cat loves it. I really did not want anything wired and was happy to find this. You can switch the water stream from constant to only on when sensing your cat (a person will set it off too). I like the design and reminders. It seems to keep the water clean & filtered well. It was a bit pricey but the features outweigh the cost in my opinion. The complaints I have are that it will sometimes send drinking alerts when I know it was not in use or report more than I’m sure was drunk. I’ve tried recalibrating and all the general recommendations without success. Overall I still feel this is a very good product and convenient.

We love our new fountain! We upgraded from the standard Dockstream we had and we are really loving it. I love the fact that there is no pump and the fact that it’s bigger. My favorite part of the day now is getting a notification on how much water the boys drink although I will say the readings are not 100% accurate. Crumpet walked past against the fountain and brushed against the cable that connects it and I got a notification that water was drank but it’s not that big of a deal for us. We’re very happy with our purchase!

Mine is no where near a 5* review.

I got it today. It will not stay connected to the internet. According to thr company's guidelines my internet is fine. I even tried to use my phone as a hotspot

I got it today. It will not stay connected to the internet. According to thr company's guidelines my internet is fine. I even tried to use my phone as a hotspot. The light flashes a few times and then stays on for about a minute. Them if flashes again and goes off. When I open the app it wants me to reconnect to the internet. I have also restarted the internet from the base. A total waste of money.

This satisfy all my needs for an automatic water dispenser. The white and wood design is so modern and chic. My cats even feel in love with the Petlibro packaging box at first sight xD Especially the part where it’s a stainless steel bowl. My cats get black heads on their chin so often I wanted to switch all of their bowls to stainless steel or ceramic. I can finally keep track of how much water my cats are drinkingI like how this version is cordless and doesn’t need to be plugged to the wall. One thing I’ve encountered was when I lost my internet in the middle of the night and reconnected later, the water dispenser didn’t automatically reconnect to the WiFi automatically. I had to reset and unplug the dispenser then replug to make the reconnection.

This is the best water fountain I’ve ever purchased. My cat loves it. All the parts are very easy to take apart and clean, with no hidden corners, which is a huge improvement compared to other fountains I’ve used. Those often had rubber parts that were hard to clean and eventually had to be thrown away. I also love that I can track how much water my cat drinks and how often. The app sends reminders for filter replacements, which makes maintenance super convenient. Highly recommend!
