Missing parts

I only received the filters for the top of the fountain not the small sponge filters that go in the actual pump part. The filters did not come in Petlibro packaging

I only received the filters for the top of the fountain not the small sponge filters that go in the actual pump part. The filters did not come in Petlibro packaging just a small brown box (it also took almost a week to get here). The fountain works great, it definitely keeps the dirt and hair out of the water but I guess I’ll write a review for the fountain on that page. There are pros and cons. I called Chewy and they’re going to send replacement filters but who knows if all of the filters will come in that box. I have several Petlibro cat fountains so I’ve been using the pump filters in the dog fountain as they are the same size but now I won’t have enough for my cat fountains and they can’t be ordered separately so I guess I’ll be eating that money when I use the cat filters.

The only warning I’ll give is it’s heavy when you clean and refill it and have to carry it, but I would highly recommend it.

Pump cannot be replaced and is low pressure after 4 months!

Marketing strategy of product is planned obsolescence. Don’t waster your time and money with Petlibro fountain products. Wish I had been given a warning!

Didn't realize it has a battery in the water.

Had I realized that the battery is sitting in the water relying on a seal to make sure it doesn't leech chemicals into the water, I would not have bought it. IMO

IMO it's irresponsible to have a battery with dangerous chemicals surrounded by a fallible seal sitting in your dogs water. Swapped back to my regular bowls once I found out.

Was supposed to get 4 replacement filters and 4 replacement sponges. Sponges were missing. And filters were in a repackaged box. Chewy has really gone down hill
