The bowl is super cute, and the fact that it has an outward-facing lip makes it easier for my Pit Bull"s big head (lol), to eat out of it easily. My only reason

The bowl is super cute, and the fact that it has an outward-facing lip makes it easier for my Pit Bull"s big head (lol), to eat out of it easily. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it doesn't have the slip-resistant ring on the bottom. Still, a great bowl, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Broken in the box

I don’t recommend ordering this especially if you need it soon. I haven’t even opened the box and can hear it’s broken and I needed this ASAP for a dog I’m watching

I don’t recommend ordering this especially if you need it soon. I haven’t even opened the box and can hear it’s broken and I needed this ASAP for a dog I’m watching before their owner came home since my other dog broke his bowl. I’m so upset that Chewy still hasn’t figured out how to package these for shipping yet after all the other complaints!!

I absolutely love these bowls, we’ve had Petrageous bowls for the past 18 years and they truly hold up even with dishwasher cleaning. But nothing would be able to withstand the pathetic packaging Chewy’s distribution team did. Three ceramic bowls, each in their own bubble wrap bag, tossed into a box far too big for the fragile materials being shipped without any additional packaging or filler or packing peanuts. This isn’t rocket science Chewy. Loose fragile contents in a big box spells massive breakage. Now I have to reorder two replacement bowls and cross fingers they’re actually packaged properly. #superannoying

Nice bowl but poor shipping &handling

These are 2 separate deliveries. 1st was broken when received. I didn’t even have to open the box to know it was in pieces. 2nd delivery same thing. You could

These are 2 separate deliveries. 1st was broken when received. I didn’t even have to open the box to know it was in pieces. 2nd delivery same thing. You could hear the pieces clanking inside the box. Awaiting 3rd delivery. We’ll see if it’s still in pieces. Definitely a disgruntled employee either in Chewy or Fedex. Probably just toss these boxes around during shipment.
