I bought the large for my 60lb cattle dog mix. It's a bit shorter than I expected that is it okay since my dog is not too tall. It's actually the perfect height for him. I like that it's not too tall, he can easily reach all the food in the bowl without struggling. The assembly was super easy, just connect two metal bars and done; took about 30 seconds. Easily fits any size bowls. I have two 8-inch ceramic bowls (from Disney), and they both nicely fit together without touching. I will definitely buy another when we get another dog :)
I have a 60 pound Australian Cattle Blue Heeler Mix that I bought this for and he just loves it. It was so nice to find something that I could use his bowls and not have to worry about wood warping. I looked for awhile for an elevated dog bowl set and so glad we got this one.
This was exactly what I expected from reading the product description. My puppy is still getting used to having an elevated platform for his food. I think it's the right height for him. I also love being able to use my own bowls. It was easy to set up and doesn't take up too much space. Unfortunately, mine came with one of the horizontal metal support rods that was slightly bent out of shape. I can kind of jam it in but you can see that it's crooked. It's not really a big deal to me so I still think it's a 5-star product.
I was looking for something for my lab, who has some tummy issues, so she could eat on a raised platform. This certainly does the trick. My reason for four stars rather than five though is primarily that it's not as non-slip as I had hoped: it moves around pretty easily. Normally this isn't an issue, but there's a little bar on each side that slides it to hold it into place and my pup WILL pull the thing around and knock it down if she knows there's kibble under it. I think for most dogs, this would be perfect, but just know that it may need something to stand on that is more non-slip. (My floor is linoleum)
It’s a good elevated dog bowl stand. Unfortunately, the bars were crooked so it makes it uncomfortable to look at. It keeps catching my eye in a not good way :/
I love this tray-I need one just like this-same height but longer-maybe 20 inches. The medium would be too tall for my dog. Great for a taller dog!!
Love it! My small bowls fit great the two cats. The best tray for elevating thier food.
I got this for my 80 lb goldendoodle and so far so good! I ordered the large and its a great size his height and I was able to place his ceramic bowls and the fit perfectly.
I am so upset chewy is out of the small stands because I need 4 more I like the idea I can use my own bowels and it is healthy for the fur-kids not to bend and eat . I have toy schnauzers so the small stand is perfect!! Please get these in again !!!
I'm not a fan of stainless steel bowls so I really love this stand! It allows me to use the ceramic bowls I already have, or even change them up with any bowls i choose.. I also love the height of the stand for my Wheaten. It's much better for her digestion and to protect her neck.
