how do I know if my battery is good or getting ready to die? I think I got an instruction packet when I bought the collar,but a par-for-course I have lost it. Thank, Dianna from NC

This 3-volt battery can last up to one month. Depending on the device in use it might indicate when the battery needs to be replaced.

I have an invisible fence brand electric fence already. Do I have to use the same brand collar or can I use another brand?

Didn't work!

I have an invisible fence - this battery said it worked for the collars and was half the price, but it did not work. With some effort, it fit in the battery slot,

I have an invisible fence - this battery said it worked for the collars and was half the price, but it did not work. With some effort, it fit in the battery slot, but the collar did not light up, and it didn't zap at the line. I had to throw it out and buy the Invisible Fence brand.

Safe Doggies

We order items from Chewy for our two beagles (Mother and Daughter) quite often. We ordered new batteries as soon as we discovered that we didn't have any left

We order items from Chewy for our two beagles (Mother and Daughter) quite often. We ordered new batteries as soon as we discovered that we didn't have any left. The Daughter Phillie is such a good girl that she never tried to leave the yard for a whole week, even though her collar was not working. If it had been her Mom Shawnee she would have been gone in a flash. Thanks for the quick shipping. We know everything is behind right now and didn't expect to receive the batteries this quickly.
