The diameter of the Small is 1 3/4 inches, the diameter of the Medium is 2 3/4 inches, the diameter of the Medium/Large is 3 3/4 inches, and the Large diameter of the 4 1/2 inches.

Hi, I'm wondering what size to get my friends English lab? He is just starting to get his adult teeth.

The Small is for dogs under 10 pounds, Medium for dogs 10 - 50 pounds, Medium/Large for dogs 50 - 90 pounds and Large is for dogs over 75 pounds.

Dogs go nuts over this!

Not only does my dog love this, but both of my granddoggies got them for their birthdays and it's everybody's favorite! Keeps them busy for a good long time, helps

Not only does my dog love this, but both of my granddoggies got them for their birthdays and it's everybody's favorite! Keeps them busy for a good long time, helps with the teeth cleaning. They have to work to get the treat bit by bit so it's not a real fattening thing to give a sedentary dog. Just know that the small is really Teensy! Like made for a Chihuahua. Medium is probably the best for almost all dogs, because the large was really huge. My dog is the size of a greyhound and it was too big for him. Medium works for my 55 pounder as well as the little 15 lb dog I've got here. And make sure you order the right size of refills.
