Perfect replacement

The SP-300LV model pump is easy to change out and exceptionally quiet. I originally bought the associated pet water fountain in order to have this product as an easy changeout when then pump inevitability dies out (as all others do) and this was a simple plug and play. The DC rectifier having the easy disconnect plug in the middle of the wire also means I have spare power supplies in case my old ones fail. 10/10 product will buy again next time one fails for either of my two fountains!

not the right size

This is what they said was the size I needed for the water fountain...it wasnt the right one . But I really needed the pump now so just layed it in the fountain. Not ideal.

1 star too many

This is the worst product ever made. I just got ANOTHER replacement pump (I have to buy 5-8 per year bc they are so poorly made), I plugged it in, and it’s not even pretending to bubble water. Chewy should stop selling this product entirely bc it’s an absolute scam.

Not good quality

The black tube does not come with this replacement pump and I've had to replace the pump 4 or 5 times in the last 18 months where the original fountain pump lasted a couple years. I would say avoid fountains that require this pump.

Fountain Pump

I bought a Water Fountain for my cats previously from a different store. After a couple months, the pump went out and I needed a replacement. The pump I was looking for was unavailable or overpriced at all other stores and websites, except Chewy! Thank you!

Not a universal pump

I was looking to replace a broken pump for my pets Premier Pet fountain. The pictures and show that it is universal for Premium Pet fountain. I bought and installed the pump and it does not fit properly. The wire protector does not fit the specifications of the Premier Pet. It might be good for other pumps but not the Premier Pet.

Fits my fountain and quiet!

I bought this to replace the pump in my Premier Pet 50 oz. water fountain. It's a perfect fit and just as quiet as the original.
