Not worth the money

The collar does not work at all. It is constantly searching for signal and shocks my poor dog in the middle of the yard. Not reliable at all and do not recommend

Exactly what I was looking for

I don’t need multiple fence options, gps tracking or monthly subscription fees and this system fit the bill for the farm that I live on. I did have to reset the system to set it up, but it has been working flawlessly since then. My young dog is learning her boundaries quickly. She is currently on level 3 static correction and has a high prey drive so that has been the challenge. Very happy with this system so far (3 weeks) and am happy that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg!!

Big Waste of Money

I have the hub in a very good central location with strong Wifi and it is not near any other objects. It has a mind of its own. It likes to go off randomly, it is like the zone you input is just suggestive with a huge margin of error. I have not been happy with it, and was not going to bother writing a review, but it just randomly went off on my dog while she was only a few feet from the hub. It consistently loses signal, even while it is really close to the hub. It is a good thing I only put it on the vibrate option, I could never imagine using the shock function as that would be straight torture for my dog with the number of random times it decides to go off. I can't believe the cost of this thing, as it probably shouldn't even be on the market at all. It needs major improvements and reliability before I can use it with my dog.

I received the pet safe guardian gps wireless dog fence in exchange for product review.... Honestly I've never used a "shock collar" or invisible fence before, I'm super soft hearted when it comes to my babies, but after my last two were killed I knew I had to do something to keep (my current) safe. It took me forever to get the hub to catch wifi and take the firmware update (my own fault though) but once it did and I tested the boundary it worked pretty good. Though I must admit it needs just a little bit of fine tuning when it comes to signal. I had a few spots of my perimeter that was cut short I believe mostly due to a frontend loader at the front of my driveway and the other spot all I can assume is due to a tree line of giant pine... Though my uncle had a fence similar to this a few years back and it just continued to go off every few feet so this is much better. This leaves me with the last step, testing it on my big sassy baby cow puppy.... As the title states it works.... It went off and sassy helped and ran under the house.... I was and still am a bit sad but at least I know she won't be in the road or getting shot at... Bittersweet I guess

First off I have to say this Pet Safe Guardian GPS dog fence was sent to me free to review and it couldn't had come at a better time because our is a big girl she's a German shepherd and Husky mix and she's only two so she loves to escape out our door if it's not shut completely and we live in town right by a highway that's a block or two away from us so this was a godsend and it does make it easy to set up and use and it does what it's says it does the only problem I had was with the connectivity to the internet and I assuming it's not this product but from all the storms and tornadoes that have been happening throughout areas surrounding us and that's what was causing it . I tell you what I honestly didn't have high hopes thinking it's a bit much to buy them but they're really good quality just doesn't work without internet access .

I received this product Pet Safe Gaurdain GPS dog fence free to review. My dog is a big ol’ German Shepherd, in some cases she will run in the road or wonder out of the yard. So when I received this product for review I was elated. This is the best product for controlling an area for your dog when you have no fence. The battery lasted about 5 ish hours and then I had to recharge it. This is the only thing that may be a little issue. It would be great to buy an extra battery to go with it. I usually put her back on her line after she plays. so the battery life is only down fall if you want to keep your pet on for longer. I am going to look into seeing if you can buy extra battery pack for it. I love this product!!!

I received this product to try out and my large Aussie loves to be outside, but I worry about him wandering. This device’s light weight and fits his neck well, the ability to change the shock or vibrations is nice, because he has a lot of fur, so the vibrations sometimes don’t work. Setup was easy, but you do need to spend the time training your pup on the boundary area of the fence because this does not track them if they do leave the boundary. There was an app on the phone that was easy to navigate with a lot of resources and information for questions. I found that the battery did last about 5 days but I would take it off and charge it every 2 days so that I knew it would work with full battery. Overall, a great product that is an awesome alternative to in ground fences or electric fences. I do wish the charge on the collar was longer but it does the job, and it does not bother my pup.
