    Happy Ride Indeed

By Zipline on Feb 4, 2021

Love this! I keep the back seat covered so using those leash buckles wasn't ideal. Plus my dog loves to swap between windows and this zipline allows her to do so without me having to worry which side to attach the leash. The hooks are made of thick plastic; I'm not sure how long it will last before being snapped off but so far it's holding up really well. Knocked off one star because the zipline doesn't stay super taut and often drapes into my line of view in the rearview mirror - not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying. Overall very pleased with this product!

Genius idea- could be better quality

By bondalisha on Oct 29, 2020

This zipline is the best concept ever. Our doggy used to get tangled in the seatbelt tethers because she loves to move around the back seat. The zipline kept her safe and secure but with total freedom to move from window to window. However, the nylon strap does not really tighten at all. We had to get pretty creative with some crazy knots in order to stop it from loosening on its own. Also, recently our dog tried to run out the car before we unharnessed her, and she wound up pulling so hard that she bent the hook that attaches to the car. It no longer hooks on correctly and we have to replace the whole thing.

    Not for compact cars

By Milo on Dec 12, 2020

The concept is great. But I have a small car and the zip line can’t be put back far enough to work. He can still jump the seat and be in my lap. There should be a warning that it doesn’t work for compact cars. I can see it working in a van or mid size car. But not a small compact car.

    Caribeeners would be better

By ChitownDogBuddy on Oct 19, 2020

I love this concept and it does give my dog freedom to sit, stand, and even move around freely. Many dog belts would limit too much- the dog only got to sit in one spot and had difficulty laying down- not very kind or comfortable, especially on longer rides. This zipline gives some peace of mind. But the 2 hooks for the zipline are not as deep as I hoped, so if an accident were to happen, the hooks would detach (at what force I can't estimate). I will be exploring replacing the hooks with caribeeners to improve that scenario.

    Great Product

By TennX on Oct 27, 2020

As I mentioned in my review of the seat belt tether ,the tether limits her movements and tangles easily.....but tether Is perfect for front sear times...the zip line is a blast for her and she really enjoys the freedom of movement....I think its a quality product and didn’t understand some of the negative reviews,,,I would recommend either product....u just need right tool for the right job...

If you DONT care about your dog, get this!

By Nelson on Nov 6, 2020

Let me be clear that this was one of the items I was looking forward to getting from my many orders from Chewy. Well I was wrong and let down again by Chewy. I am starting to noticed that I should just stick to JUST ordering food cause everything else is cheaply made, breaks easily or not what you expect. Needless to say, I used this zipline TWICE! I decided to go for a ride and strapped it up, as I was ready to get my +50lbs puppy I notice that the stitching is all coming out and the material ripping. If I didn't noticed or could care less about my pet, he coulda easily gone out the window mid ride. Not for nothing chewy, but I've been more disappointed than happy in product that I pay a Let me be clear that this was one of the items I was looking forward to getting from my many orders from Chewy. Amazing!!!!!

By Duncan on Oct 8, 2020

I would highly recommend this to anyone with a dog that they do not want to ride in the front seat, let them stick their head out the window, and still feel safe they will not jump out. My dog loves the ability to bounce from window to window and stick her head out to see what's going on.

Dog is Happy Mom is Happy

By Kelly on Oct 16, 2020

My dog loves to have his head out the window and if I'm not watching he has the windows completely down. This zipline has been a good investment as I know he is tethered to the car and won't be able to jump out.

    Not Sturdy Enough

By Katspups on Sep 18, 2020

This has a nylon strap that goes across that is just not strong enough and it also has a plastic clip to lock the strap in place which doesn't work if the dog pulls on it. I'm disjointed with it. It should be a heavy chord maybe....
